Macroreer 10G SFP+ Active Optical Cables (AOCs） provide an affordable low-power alternative to data center applications. Active Optical Cables are ideal for simplifying inter- and intra-rack configurations, AOCs are much thinner and lighter than copper cables, which makes cable management easier. AOCs come complete with durable polymer pull tabs for ease of removal. AOCs enable efficient system airflow, which is critical in high-density racks.
Macroreer currently offers 10GBASE SFP+ active optical cables in lengths of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and up to 100 metres as standard and can manufacture bespoke lengths up to 100 metres on request.
